    How can I eat more.

    Okay this might be a stupid question and not even possible. Have to throw it out there any way. I understand that b12 will help with hunger but is there anything out there in the supp/vitamin/mineral department that help with the actual digestion of the food we cram into ourselves. Come meal 5 I feel like I wanna blow up. And it's not getting any easier. I manage to do. And if that feeling is something I have to live with then I can. But if it's cause my body isn't digesting it quick enough then I'd like to know what I can do.

    you could spread your meals over 24 hours.. so wake up in the middle of the night and eat..

    I was having the same problem bulking on 3000cals now I'm struggling not to go past 3000 lol. It just got easier for me, how long you been doing this for? Maybe it might come in a few weeks or so?

    Every two hours just eat small well prepared meals. Add a few whey shakes in there too. B12 will help appetite as well as the peptide GHRP-6

    Digestive enzymes work really good when your consuming a lot of food

    Its sounds crazy, but Papaya (the tropical fruit) aids in digestion.

    prepare your meals for 4-5 days in forward, put them in appropriate container and sealed and just swallow them
