Okay this might be a stupid question and not even possible. Have to throw it out there any way. I understand that b12 will help with hunger but is there anything out there in the supp/vitamin/mineral department that help with the actual digestion of the food we cram into ourselves. Come meal 5 I feel like I wanna blow up. And it's not getting any easier. I manage to do. And if that feeling is something I have to live with then I can. But if it's cause my body isn't digesting it quick enough then I'd like to know what I can do.
