    Estrogen Problems

Ive been off cycle for over a year now and still cannot seem to get my estrogen levels down! i just had blood work done again and its still high. The side effects are terrible, cannot not keep an erection sometimes, a little bit of gyno and its extremely hard to reach a climax. My primary isnt much of a go getter so its hard to get answers from her on what to do and being a 27 year male with sex problems really sucks. If any of yall have suggestions i would love to hear them so i can finally be normal again and move on with my life!!!

Have your GP refer you to an endocrinologist.

Bf% is low, not sure the exact number but just had it checked about 6 months ago. Thinking about getting on Arimidex again to subside some of the side effects until my doc figures out what to do. Would that be the right way to go? Or should i just wait for the professionals to figure it out, but like i said they arent much of the go getters.

Self medicating to resolve an e2 issue is difficult. You need the help of a dr to get the necessary blood work to do so properly. There are onoine ser vices for this. If your gonna try it deff have a blood work souce/plan before doing so. Also I would use aromasin or exemestane. Its more forgiving than adex when it comes to potentially lowering estrogen too much. Its also pretty friendly as far as adverse sides ai's can cause.
