    Fat normal guy gets into contest shape

    who remembers this story? he was ur average fat hairy 30 something dude who put himself thru a contest prep and chronicled all of it and i think posted it online maybe on you tube??? i am trying to find it but cant.

    kind of like the opposite of the super size me film..
