    Monster bicep building tips

    I'm having trouble getting my biceps to grow. What's ur best tips for building massive bis?

    I was doing gvt (10x10) for six weeks and then swapped it up to doing chest and back Monday and Thursday, legs and tris Tuesday and Friday, shoulders and bis Wednesday and Saturday. Sunday off. Generally 3-4 exercises per muscle group all supersetted 12-15 reps. Always with good form. I've done that routine for 6 weeks, it's out of joe manganiellos book evolution. I'm thinking about going heavy now with less reps. Do think a slow controlled negative is more important or a big squeeze at top of movement or both. Ps you profile pic is wicked...
