i don't claim to be an expert on nutrition, but it looks like you have done your planning. Looks a little dependent on supplemental shakes and not a lot of variety; but maybe that's just me. I dig the format. Looks like a great tool. What are you using to chart your diet?

    This chart is from fatsecret.com.

I keep changing/replacing rice/oats/cottage cheese etc. This was one typical diet. But I agree, not much change in meat choices as I dont eat beef/steak or fish. Chicken only.

I would switch the protein and carb macros. almost 450grams of protein weighing 180lbs is overly excessive imo.

^^^what he said. Even 300g protein is arguably too high.

I'm 20lbs heavier than you with a pretty quick metabolism but I'd get fat fat fat on those calories.

Have you ever eaten at maintenance calories to know what they are?

    What's your bodyfat?

I decreased the protein a bit as I said above. Calories down to 3700. Will increase if required. Bodyfat is 16-17%.

Maintenance calories are around 2800 (Theoretically). But I gain only when I eat a lot. Dont get fat easily (until unless I start eating all junk food )

I think the calorie count is good, depending on metabolism and tde, maybe not enough. I have a high metabolism, 4000 calories turns into a maintenance for me when im bulking. Im 192 6'00 15% ish

I dont think so. I am a hard gainer. I decreased the protein which will decreased the calories to 3700. Will wait & add calories if required.
