Some of these celebrity transformations in mere months are ridiculous. I guess I'd torture myself for several millions dollars, too, but dang, the guy was pretty small to begin with but he has to be damn near 4% BF in that movie and just about no muscle. Skeleton boy.

That can't be healthy for the body! Didn't Tom Hanks have a lot of health problems when he lost all that weight for Cast Away? Do they say anywhere how Mcconaughey lost his weight?
