Estradiol senstive test from zrt Laboratory

Has anyone ever heard of this kind of test? And is this test accurate?

The test comes with a slide that you put 15 blood dots on after your prick your finger. Then you mail it off to the lab and they will send your doctor the results.

I ask this because my father's doctor had him do this and the results came back high.
The range is 12-56 ng/ml his came in at 64 and the doctor gave him a script for a AI.

Then he hands me a paper from Quest Diagnostics both done on the same day however Quest had other labs listed. This test was a Estradiol ultra sensitive range < or = 29 pg/ml he came in at 20.I have never seen the range written like this...

The answer to your questions is, yes, Estradiol Sensitive (sometimes called "ultrasensitive") test is a legitimate test. And yes, <OR=29 is Quest's range (Ultrasensitive). On Quest, your dad's range looks good. Many men shoot for that number.

I don't know anything about ZRT Labs, although they are on Amazon.com. Up to you to research that.
