To start things off 28yrs old Im 6'0 224lbs, I work out on a weekly basis 3-5 times a week.
A well known friend and coworker who is heavy in to lifting suggested that I take it to the next level like him he has suggested that I start off like this.
Tren .50 every other day
Test .50 twice a week
EQ .50 twice
this is for a 12 week cycle.
NOTE. I have no experience in steroids thats why im asking here.
Any comments or suggestions would be much appreciated.
