    Still trying to dial my claories in. Current stats.
    6'3 1/2"
    206 lbs
    15% bf ?
    Age 32
    Daily intake right now 280p 312c 65f = 2953 cal.
    lost 2 lbs last 2 weeks. Would like to stabalize weight to find tdee then gain lean. Where should I add calories and does it matter to what meals I add them?

    Generally it doesn't matter where you add the calories, at 280g protein you're fine for your LBM. So really whatever you want to add and whenever you're comfortable adding it. If you're losing a lb a week then up it by 250~350 calories daily or so and you'll probably stop losing weight. Trial and error.

    Well spreading out your meals is a great idea so you don't feel like puking when you eat for one and also it allows your body to properly take in the macros. I would suggest adding to carbs
