Just want to see which everyone prefers and why for fat loss. I hear way too many opinions from trainers and I want opinions from people who actually have experience. REDROCK
Low Intensity (30 or more minutes going slow)
High Intensity (no more than 20 min at high intensity)
Change it up and do all throughout the week.

well, i used to be a proponent of high intensity training until i bought a heart rate monitor and effectively tweaked the intensity to my heart rate.
i was burning fat before, but you have to understand that you are building aerobic capacity more if you train more intense for shorter amounts of time.
now i do less calories for the same amount of time and my fat loss is more steady and consistent.
buy a heart rate monitor and go 70-80% of your target to watch the fat melt off...singly the best cardio investment i have made.
I agree with daem. I bought a cheap $60 heart moniter and I can now keep my heart rate at about 75% for an hour without getting out of breath. I try to slow jog at 140bpm.
