Dear all, currently i'm on the following diet !!

• Meal 1 (8:00 AM):

o Whey Protein + Water Multi-Vitamins

• Meal 2 (11:00 AM):

o 6 Egg Whites (1 Whole) + 4 Large Spoon of Oats with ½ Cup of skimmed Milk + 1 Banana + Small Spoon of Honey
Vita-Zinc + Vitamin C + L-Carentine

• Meal 3 (2:00 PM):

o 4 Brown Toast + 1 Can Tuna + Any green + Orange Juice

• Meal 4 (5:00 PM) – Pre-Workout:

o 2 Large Potato or Yam + 2 Breasts of Turkey
Vita-Zinc + Vitamin C + L-Carentine

• Meal 5 (8:00 PM) – Post-Workout:

o (Right After) 1 Large Yam
o (30 Min After) Whey Protein

• Meal 6 (12:00 AM):

o Brown Pasta (100g) + Veggies + Meat (300g)
Vita-Zinc + Vitamin C + L-Carentine
+ Pepon Pure


I'm 98kg, 192cm

My In-body test shows that i'm currently 11% fat and my intake is 2700kcal !!

I'm currently intaking 750mg/week boldenone and 600mg/week cyponix + androlic

People are telling me i'm not taking enough food to enlarge my muscles !!

Any advises ?!
