Supposedly, (per the BASIS 1.) I burned 5,096.00 Kal in the Gym. is that possible?

Basis — health and heart rate monitor for wellness and fitness

A WRIST WATCH THAT TRACKS HEART RATE, READS PERSPIRATION LEVELS AND CALCULATES CALORIE BURN JUST TOLD ME THAT I'VE BURNED WORKED OUT ENOUGH TO CREATE A 5,096 Cal deficit.

it's never given me a reading like this. on my busy work days I max out at a little over 3,000 Cal per day and on a day where i do nothing, it will read roughly 1,890 cal/

5096 calories is a shit ton... i'll get fat if i consume enough food to replenish my creation. i don't even think i can stuff my self with that much food. i don't even want to think about the misery.

is this accurate. what do i do about this... cardio days? I BARELY EAT AS IT IS.

    My cardio burning cals:

Well lol , I burn approx 700 cals / hour rowing at medium intensity

    I burn approx 650 / hour cycling at a low/ medium intensity

You do the math lol , your watch needs a new battery !

i'm retarded. i failed to notice that i was reading my step count. the calories burned read 3,042 for the entire day. ha. that's more accurate.

i'd rather not guess my calories man. i can guess (do some math) with my eating. it's a lot simpler.
