Can you recover from Leydig cell desensitization? What is the treatment for it? I realize HRT will treat it but can it cure it? Leydig is caused by improper cycle and or PCT correct?

From my knowledge, desensitization comes from over stimulation, not from deprivation or under stimulation. I'm eager to hear what others with more knowledge about this have to say.

I think you're confused. Leydig desensitization, if even true, would most likely be caused from over-usage of hcg, not steroids, or lack of.

Having said that, the study that cited leydig desensitization was tested in vitro and never in vivo.

Low dose hcg wont cause an issue.

Joe said it clearly. It's fairly common knowledge that it's ill advised to dose over 500mg hCG within a 24 hour period because of the danger of Leydig desensitization. I can't tell you about PCT or Restart dosing since I have no personal knowledge on either.
