Seems like every time I get bigger my waist gets bigger too. Is just how it goes? I, of course, am putting on some fat, and am retaining some water, and getting significantly stronger. I want to keep my waist as small as possible. My diet is pretty good. Seems like I shouldn't be putting on much fat with what I am eating and the cardio I am doing. So is getting a thicker waist just part of getting bigger?
