    I need your help plzzzzz

    Hi I'm 40
    H 5"7
    W232 lbs
    bf 35%
    I used to do weight lifting and stopped now for a long time
    As u can c I'm fat, old and also high In cholesterol.
    I'm a smoker but I don't drink.
    I've been searching about steroids and so far I don't know how to start and if it will help of getting rid of fat and build some muscle ?
    I'm starting to go gym 3 d/w
    Please I need your help

    Do not take steroids mate you a no were near ready you will do more harm than good. Burn off more cals than you eat and train hard till you get that weight down. Then start looking into trt

    hello man I been there was 60-70 over weight couple years ago- it took me a solid 8 mns to loose weight and get into respectable shape. the key is to get a good plan and stick to it. No bullshit like its Sunday I can eat pizza or it's a party I can drink and eat what I want. Trust me it sucks but well worth it in the end. I never knew I had abs I thought that they were a myth. Good luck loose weight first. I ask if there was any steroids to help me loose weight here a got bashed. Calorie deficit and exercise is only thing really works

    Another question will it help faster and efficiently if I did all ?

    No. Get your diet where it needs to be. Start to learn how to really workout and push yourself. And quit smoking if you want to live longer.

    You probably have some underlying health issues as well (high blood pressure, high cholesterol, etc.). Taking steroids will increase these factors, which is obviously a bad idea.

    No no no man. I did not take any drugs. No diet drug aids or appetite suppressant drugs. I ate (still do) good clean natural foods 5-6 times a day . hit weights and cardio-drank tons of water. Believe it or not I ate more when I was eating less than tdee than when I was eating like a slob. you can eat 3 chicken meals with say broccoli another meal-tuna fish-another snack or two and protein shake ( I made ice cream with protein ) that's it man- put together a meal plan with calories protein fats sugar carbs ect.. And tweak it to loose weight. See the pros in nutrition section. Most important is stick with it- it takes time-be strong
