    I just got hold of pharm grade Hydroxocobalamin b12.

    Whats the difference from cyanocobalamin?

    Whats the pinning protocol?

    Btw it is injectable 2ml/1000mcg

    Hydroxy has to be converted in your body to Methyl or Adenosyl. This is why it's best to use Methyl.
