    PWO carbs needed?

    Hi guys,

I am new here, so forgive my ignorance... I have been training for like 10 years, but due to a un-voluntary "vacation" of 2 years, I did not have the opportunity to train.. That resulted in that I went from 110kg 12% fat, to 120KG 35% fat..
Since the vacation finished about 6 months ago I started training again, and falling into the "rhythm", and I am now about 105KG 30% fat...

Now I am starting with AAS again, planning a cycle of clen/eca combined with test p and tren.. Hopefully also some IGF-1. (not my first cycle, but long time off).

I am planning to do a lot of cardio, combined with some lifting, everyday, maybe even twice a day..

I primary want to cut as much as possible, but - of course, as anybody else here - gain as much muscles meanwhile as possible.

So my question is, since I know their is some really clever guys here, who read studies etc... Will a good PWO drink containing just whey isolate, be OK, or will i have to add in the carbs such as dextrose/maltodextrin, (50% dextrose/50% maltodextrin)?

Whoa fella. Cycling at 30% bodyfat? No, no, no. You are going to have a crazy amount of side effects.

Post your diet and workout plan there is absolutely no reason, at those stats, that the fat shouldn't fall off you with the right natural approach.

As bib said , AAS will introduce you to crazy side effects . Also I would be very reluctant to run clen / Eca at your bf% , let alone running them both , your heart is going to be coughing by the end of a workout .

    Hi guys

Appreciate your concerns. I really do. But we are speaking low doses, and I have been on AAS before (many times), so I know pretty good what I am dealing with.

back to topic, would one of you be able to answer the subject... Is PWO carbs needed when cutting, or would it be OK to neglect the carbs, and instead take some pure whey isolate protein?

Btw I went ahead and made a BF test, which says 24%... Still too high for AAS, I agree.. But still made me happy, since I expected it to be a lot more.

There are more important things to your diet than PWO meal. As I said, post your whole plan in the nutrition forum. You might want to include details of your cycle too incl dosages and on cycle ancillaries. Low dose or not you still have the potential for more side effects.

    Hi again.

I do not have a strict diet. The food is variated, from some primary sources:

    Chicken breast fillet
    LF cottage cheese
assorted vegetables (brocolli, spinach, onion, garlic, bell peppers, squash, tomatoes, cocumbers and rocket)
Eg-omelet (2 wholeeggs + some liquid egg whites)

breakfast: oats, frozen berries, in skyr (don't know if you have that at your country?? it is some kind of milkproduct, high protein, low fat).

For the chicken i use very little of oil : either virgin olive oil (low heat for not it destroy vitamins) or organic virgin coconut oil

For snacks during the day it is either walnut, cashew, raisins, dried cranberries, dries goji berries, or some frozen berries in general.

Other than that I just ordered a lot of supplements... (before i only used multivitamin+b-vitamin)
glutamine peptides, multivitamins, omega 3, instant bcaa, beta alanine, taurine, milk thistle extract, n acetyl l cysteine, b-vitamin,

What I still don't get, is why not keeping to subject... After a workout the first 10-15 minutes are important to give the body the right nutrition.. The question is simple, will proteins get absorbed on a cut - with a good diet-plan, even if it is just the proteins which is taken PWO, or is the carbs needed.... Please don't get me wrong. I appreciate the concerns, and your effort in the try to help me, but would appreciate it even more, if I could get a answer on subject first of all - I know the diet also has some to say, but my question is in general about the PWO under a cut, if it is ok to save the carbs...
