I slipped while shoveling snow 3 weeks ago while on my front stairs. My right leg hyperextended out in front of my body placing all of my body weight on it (240lbs) I was sure I tore ligaments in my knee but thank god I didn't. My hamstring and quad also suffered trauma and are very swollen still. My hamstring looked like it suffered a tear as it became black and disfigured. My doctor says there is no tearing but he only MRI ed my knee. My question is what supplements and or anabolics can help speed my recovery? I am currently on TRT 200mg weekly, 325mg of aspirin daily to prevent a blood clot from forming due to the injury and 800 mg of ibuprofen daily for pain. I have Dbol on hand but I'm not sure how much that would help if at all. I am a pitcher and had been training prior to my injury for poem MLB tryouts in June. I have never had any sort of injury before other than a pulled muscle before so this is very stressful. I need to be ready to throw by early June and ill do whatever it takes. I have access to pretty much anything other than HGH so any supplemental or other advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
