Question regarding Test Prop and Anavar cycle

Hey everyone, I had a quick question about my next cycle that I'm going to run starting in the next two months. I'm 24 years old, been training since I was 20. I'm 6'0 and weigh 198 (as of today), and my body fat is 15%, I planned out a short 8 week cycle and wondered if you all can critique it and give me pointers. The main goal im trying to accomplish during this cycle is lean muscle gains of 10-15 lbs

    Precycle- 2 week of Liversupport

Test Prop 150mg EOD week 1-8

Anavar 80 mg ED week 1-8, this is where I have a question, should my var be lower than 80 mg a day or will that be fine?

    Liver support ed

    Adex .25 eod

    PCT
    Clomid 100/50/25/25

    Thoughts?

    Cycle history?

    No HCG?

    No nolva in pct?

    What liver support?

Your diet will dictate gains. 10-15lbs of actual muscle is HIGHLY unlikely, just so you know.

I have run a test prop only cycle for 6 weeks ( had to run it short due to a car accident I was in) and my PCT was Clomid only.

I couldn't get my hands on any HCG sadly

No, no nolva, I like clomid

Liver support-Now Liver detoxifier and regenerator and milk thistle

But like I said is the 80 mg too much or should I drop the dosage or drop how many weeks im taking it or is it good?

Why don't you run a full prop only cycle then? Var at 80mg, if UGL, is fine.

You should get some HCG it should make your recovery much easier. 250ius x 2 per week.

Clomid plus nolva for PCT. They are both different and do different jobs. Run clomid at 75/50/50/50 and nolva at 40/20/20/20.

Get some NAC for liver support 600mg x 2 per day.

What's the diet plan to gain this 10-15lbs with, I assume (?), no fat gain?

That's a bulk diet? Seems low on cals (fat in particular) but only you know what your maintenance cals are. At that weight I barely gain an oz with 3500cals.

I don't like meals 2,4 & 5 TBH. I hate gainers and think you should make your own if you need a meal replacement and can't eat. Whey, pasteurised egg whites, bananas, oats, natty PB are all good natural ingredients. Pre workout I'd want some real carbs personally, but I'm not sure your timings of meal 3 and 4 compared to your workout but I'd just be adding more carbs to meal 3 and think about ditching meal 4.

Also, don't count the carbs from your green fibrous veggies.

Thanks for the help ya youre right I should up the Cals a bit, Ill ditch meal 4 and also the gainers and just make my own shakes.

Other than that should I keep the var wk 1-8 at 80mg or should I only have it at week 3-8?

6-8 weeks on var is optimum I would say.

Don't forget to continually up your cals as your LBM increases. During pct you will need to up them again to take into account the low test in your system. Feel free to utilise our nutrition section for this purpose.

Okay ive been reading up a bit and I changed my mind on some stuff and was looking for some input. Instead of test prop im changing it to test e, this is because I really didn't like pinning myself eod with prop. It was a big pain in my ass, literally. So I wanted to do 500mg wk of test e for 10 weeks, along with this I wanted to lose some bf before I started the anavar because I feel like I would see the most positive changes in my body if my bf% was lower prior to starting the var and test. So I was thinking of doing a short 2 week only cycle of clen, while I start my test e pins. so itd look like this

    Week 1 - 500mg wk Test-E
    CLEN
    Day 1 40mcg/ed
    2. 40mcg/ed
    3. 60mcg/ed
    4. 60mcg/ed
    5. 60mcg/ed
    6. 80mcg/ed
    7. 80mcg/ed

    Week 2
    500mg wk Test E

    CLEN
    Day 8. 80mcg/ed
    9. 100mcg/ed
    10. 100mcg/ed
    11. 100mcg/ed
    12. 120mcg/ed
    13. 120mcg/ed
    14. 120mcg/ed

    Week 3-10
    Test E 500mg wk
    Anavar 80mg ED

Week 12 Start pct as mentioned above in first post

    Input?
