I know the best results come from diet and cardio! Diet and training is on point at the moment with help from a nutricionist.
Summer is here, and in a month and a half I am going to the beach and spend a whole week there.
I want to get down to 185 by that time and look leaner.
I would like a little help from a good compound.
What would you Bros recommend?
Or what is you guy's favorite compound to use?
