What's going on everyone Im Zeuso, Im new to the boards, Been lurking for a while..
Im currently running 600 mg\ Test -e\Week. Just completed First month, Plan on running test for at least the next 12 weeks. Before coming off\pct then back on.
(Looking to throw more into the mix as my bf goes lower.)
My stats
Started the cycle of test at 215 Lbs, 25% Bf, Currently 229 lbs (23%)
5'11
Diet On point. Just below maint,
No cardio as of yet, Plan on starting cardio within 2 weeks time.
My question is, What to throw into the mix? And when? What do you guys recommend i was thinking prop\ clen Not together but along with the test..Have been reading up, Then again has only been a month on test.
