Running 0.25 liquidex EOD but not entirely sure if i should run a HCG throught. advice would be welcome!
i have liquid tamox and clomi for PCT. Ive been told it would only be necessary to run 40/40/20/20 of clomi and keep tamox on hand just incase i get GYNO sides. ive heard tamox is pretty hectic as well so i want to avoid it if i can.
My goal is to gain about 16 pounds of lean body mass.
I currently lift 3 on 1 off schedule. very clean lifts with good technique.
Nutrition wise, my diet is quite clean and steady.
Breakfast: 5 eggs with pasta/brown rice/similar
mid morning: muesli and yoghurt, shake
lunch: chicken with roast potatoes
Afternoon: tuna and salad, shake
dinner: Steak and chicken with pasta
Post workout: Recovery shake with chicken/beef or similar.
any advice on what changes i need to make to my plans are welcome! let me know what you think.
