    Talking First cycle @500mg p/w

    Hey everyone, wow, there certainly is alot of good information on here!
    Age: 29
    weight: 185 pounds
    height: 180cms
    b/f ~ 20%
    no previous cycle

    Running 0.25 liquidex EOD but not entirely sure if i should run a HCG throught. advice would be welcome!
    i have liquid tamox and clomi for PCT. Ive been told it would only be necessary to run 40/40/20/20 of clomi and keep tamox on hand just incase i get GYNO sides. ive heard tamox is pretty hectic as well so i want to avoid it if i can.
    My goal is to gain about 16 pounds of lean body mass.
    I currently lift 3 on 1 off schedule. very clean lifts with good technique.

    Nutrition wise, my diet is quite clean and steady.
    Breakfast: 5 eggs with pasta/brown rice/similar
    mid morning: muesli and yoghurt, shake
    lunch: chicken with roast potatoes
    Afternoon: tuna and salad, shake
    dinner: Steak and chicken with pasta
    Post workout: Recovery shake with chicken/beef or similar.

    any advice on what changes i need to make to my plans are welcome! let me know what you think.

    I would consider dropping some BF before starting your first cycle, you will be more prone to gyno the higher bf you have.

    apologise for that measurement, new measurement was taken yesterday at 14.8% BF

    What have you calculated your TDEE at? How many calories are you consuming every day on that plan?

    MuscleInk, calculated TDEE is at 2996.615, and my daily calorie intake is roughly 3583 calories.
    That may vary some days, as sometimes i just cant eat that much during the day!

    Dont try to eat it all in 3 meals. Eat 5-6 meals a day if possible. Keep some food in your car or at your work desk or ??? Dont skip real food and take shakes instead but nothing wrong with adding 1 or 2 shakes a day if you need to meet your goals.

    cheers, ive always got food with me, i may try breaking it up a bit so im not eating so much at once. i try and avoid shakes to be honest, id rather eat real food like you said. what do you guys think of the course?

    I agree, run hcg from the beginning. Personally for a 1st cycle I like to see test run around 300mg or a little above. It's more than enough to see some good body comp changes and less likely to have bad side effects like acne, gyno or anything else. Even at 300mg a week the 1st couple times a had a fair amount of back acne but not anymore.
