Apologies if this is the wrong section to be asking advice on PH's. New to the site...
I was curious what PH people would recommend? In the past I have run:
1. Testosterone Enanthate (12 weeks) & Dbol (4 weeks). I have done this twice.
2. Methasterone (3 Weeks)
I have had amazing gains on all separate cycles so my query isn't so much about what works effectively. It is more to do with side effects....
When running the two above cycles, I have always had very painful shin splints. My calves become tight, I carry a fair amount of water retention and due to playing rugby 3 times a week, this makes it impractical to play effectively.
I had a very bad rotator cuff injury back in July and it has only just healed well enough to lift hard again. So I'm not ready for a full blown cycle, especially as there is only 1 month left of the season. I was thinking of taking some PH's to get my body ticking similar to the way it once was. I know of some great PH's that can blow you up in weeks, but they seem like they could cause issues when trying to stay mobile around a rugby pitch for 80 mins.... So just something simple, but does a good enough job at promoting strength.
Considering all of that information, has anybody a recommendation as to what could be good to go for?
