feeling weird when my waist is getting smaller from 33'' to 31.5'',but my body weight had increase from 145lbs to 150lbs within 2 week.my diet is good,workout is good. my friends were saying that i'm getting 'fit'. upper abs are more visible now,and visible deltoid striation when flex.
what you guys think? i think it's time for me to buy bodyfat cliper,can't trust bodyweight no more![]()
