I'm 26, 5'9'', 165 lbs, bodyfat 11%. I'm pretty lean and in a really good shape. have a clean diet and have been working out like 4 years. I'm about to mess with some gear to bulk up to 175lbs but lean. Here is my diet: total almost 2800 cal/day.
Meal 1: 1 medium banana, 2 whole eggs(I dont like eggs so just 2), 2 scoops of ON hydro whey, 1tbsp extra virgin olive oil.
Meal 2: 200g lean beef steak, 150g brown coocked rice, 240 ML natural grape juice
Meal 3: 150g grilled chicken breast, 100g grilled potatoes, 1tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Pre workout: 2 scoops of ON hydro whey, any kind of energy booster
Post workout: 2 scoops of ON hydro whey
Meal 4: 200g lean beef steak, 150g brown coocked rice
Meal 5: 150g grilled tillapila fish, a plate of greens salad, 1tbsp extra virgin olive oil
I take multi, zinc, vitamin c, fish oil pills daily.
Any thought or recommendation for my cycle. I appreciate that
