HCG during cycle keeps balls normal size. BUT, does it also keep natural test production at normal levels ?

HCG will help keep the P450scc enzyme working which is responsible for hormonal production. It will keep the testes stimulated and prevent atrophy which is detrimental to recovery. After the conclusion of a cycle the testes will be in an atrophied state and unresponsive to LH until they begin to regain size and function. HCG will also keep some of your endogenous testosterone production intact. Here's a great article on the topic:
