2:00- Go Into work as pharmacy technician and start planning next day's meals

6:00- Get off of work and get home around five minutes later
6:10- Chicken Breasts Over Spinach leaf salad and 2 tbsp olive oil
7:30- Medium Cardio for 30 minutes and abs/oblique's
