    Calories and macro's?

Doesn't look like 5000cals to me and it looks like too much protein.

I've used a couple of online calculators and come up with 3800 calories
    Carbohydrates (g):190
    Fat (g):98
    Protein (g) :470
And that's before protein shakes so
I guess if I add them in that equals
    5500 calories
    Carbs:308
    Protein:604
    Fat:128
How does this sound ? Any improvements I should make or advice

Wow! Even if you switched your carbs and protein amounts you'd probably still have too much protein. However, whilst you are on cycle I recommend you should be ingesting 250-300g protein. Fat content looks ok. Whatever else you need in terms of cals make up for in carbs.
