Not related to trt get a CBC done . If your fighting an infection your lymphs will be high

Don't know where you are (San Fran?) but the pollen count allergies have been through the roof lately in my neck of the woods and make me feel just as you described. Today we are at 11.8/12. Was out in it yesterday and went and did some hills just now. No sneezing or watery eyes but I feel like a schlub.
