    First Cycle Planned, BUT NEED FEEDBACK pls :)

    Stats:
    Age - 27
    Height - 6"1
    Weight - ~200lbs
    Goal - Lose Weight, Tone, Lean Muscle

    Hey guys so I've planned out my first cycle and I've been reading plenty of the stickies and what not.

    I don't want to get too big and my diet is on point I'll shred the fat naturally but I just want to have some lean size, nothing crazy though. I've picked up some TEST-CYP, ANAVAR, HCG, ARIMIDEX, CLOMID & NOLVA.

    Now I'm going to Cancun end of APRIL so I have all this gear but I don't want to rush my cycle or anything but would anyone recommend me doing a month of ANAVAR w/ clomid + nolva PCT. I have plenty, and I will still be able to run my full cycle later on. Forgot to mention I'm on 3IU's of HGH. Only on my second month. Would you guys advise it, I really want to get that pump before going on vacation and look more ripped.

    As for running my first cycle I believe that being on 500mg/week of test cyp would be too much for me, I'm more into being ripped and athletic cause I play sports, I don't want to compromise my flexiblitiy / mobility.


    This is what I've planned out

    - Week 1 to 8: Test cyp @ 150 mg every 3.5 days (300mg/week total)
    - Week 1 to 8: HCG (Pregnyl) @ 250 iu every 3.5 days-
    - Week 1 to 10: Arimidex @ 0.25mg EOD
    - Week 1-8: Anavar 50 mg ED
    - Currently on HGH 3IU's

    PCT
    18 days after last pin
    clomid 75/50/50/50 + nolva 40/20/20/20
    clenbuterol first two weeks of pct

    Let me know what you guys think, any feedback is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for typing legibly. Much appreciated.

    Assuming your body fat is appropriate, your cycle proposal looks great. Good job. Don't be afraid of increasing your Anavar dose by 10 to 20mg daily, if you have enough. Get as much cardio in early in your cycle as possible before Anavar cripples your shins.

    yeah i have plenty of the var my bf % is probably currently 12-14, i've started doing insanity outside of my lifting to get myself ripped, ive also cut carbs after 5pm and my cal intake is at a deficit.

    hey austinite would u say it would be okay for me to take the anavar for a month alone before going on vacation w/ clomid / nolva pct obviously

    P.S. thank you for your post on beginner cycles ive read a bunch of your stuff it's helped me a great deal

    I think anavar alone is counter-productive. So no on that one.

    well im on hgh like 3iu's currently, everyone says var is only worth taking on test, gh doesn't matter in the sense if i was taking anavar while on it.

    HGH can actually negatively impact your test levels. Even though var's effects on your free test levels are slim to none, I wouldn't take the chance of wasting it and running without test

    im only on my second month of growth, im only on 3iu's and stopping at 4, i don't really think it will affect my test levels, if anything ive read that it will amplify my cycle of test + var that i have planned in the near future.

    8 weeks is a weak cycle of cyp. I'd switch to prop imo

    How can you be okay with him on hgh at 27 and only his second cycle ? I think it's a huge mistake on his part and is going to cause more harm than good ! 6"1 200 pounds is not a good frame . Not saying it's bad but something needs to be tweaked in your diet ! As for cycling advice , test c for 8 weeks ?

    Maybe do a bit more research I'm not knocking you but obiviously
    you are going to do more harm than good to yourself !
    Blood work? Current stats ? Bf ? Post ur nutrition ! There are many steps to take in this !

    Personally I would drop the hgh right now before you cause yourself harm

    Not a good frame? I've been training for years and my gains are from hard work and proper eating. And if I'm below 15% body fat how would your statement hold any validity concerning my frame?

    How would test c for 8 weeks be harmful, especially if I'm taking all the necessary precautions. I've gotten my blood work done my doc says I'm 100% healthy. Genetically I'm prone to high cholesterol just shy of being 100.

    What stats would you like?

    My nutrition consists of oatmeal, protein waffles whole grain gluten free (26g cho, 12g pr), or egg whites and a slice of ezekial toast

    raw almonds / fruit

    ezekial turkey sandwich for lunch or grilled chicken and yams

    always have a pwo shake ~20g cho 35g pr

    after 5pm carbs are cut and i only eat lean protein

    case-in on training days

    Cycle looks nice and light, personally I would bump up the cyp to at least 10 weeks

    I find week 7 is where the long esters really starts changing my body composition

    But the cycle proposed looks to be well thought out, well done

    I'm just trying to learn here, so why is he running clen during his pct and not while on cycle?

    I'm sure someone else can get more into detail but it holds into your size you gained while on pct and keeps you from putting extra weight on while your body is rebounding, anyone want to correct me if I'm wrong?

    As far as clen goes. I'd be on a test dose before I run it and i wouldnt run it in pct. Same with t3. Just my .02.

    That's a great "frame", actually. The guy has a good head on his shoulders and has done research. Nothing wrong with his cycle.

    On a side note, try and avoid these silly scare tactics.
