I'm attempting to determine what (if anything) is causing my secondary hypogonadism and one of the few things I have not checked is cortisol. Can I get an accurate cortisol reading while on TRT? I've read that Testosterone inhibits the adrenal glands response to ACTH, thus it would have a suppressive effect on cortisol.
Question is how much and for how long? If I did my labs the morning before my injection would yield a good approximation of my cortisol level off TRT?
