Was just in the general anabolic questions forum and a bunch of really helpful guys mentioned that I'm just not eating enough and the shakes have to go. I spend 3 hours a day in the car and 10 hours at a very frantic/busy job so below is what I've "thought" was enough food to grow - but I haven't gained more than 5-8 lbs on each of the 2 cycles I've done.

Will continue to review this section for ideas/input.
