so apparently u dont have to feel DOMS to acheive muscle disruption, so my question is.... if DOMS is there then u must have acheived muscle disruption and will get gains right?

Doms just like other pain can be something you get used to over time. But I've grown durring periods where I really didn't have doms for over a month
