Ok heres story/quest in short. 3 cycles under belt. Holding on to 16lbs over start weight(poor macros) 13% bf. Since jan when I joined forum and heard about eating ive been hitting around 2950 ca a day holing same weight and visible bf. Started cardio 3 weeks ago 3xwk at 40 min after workouts. Lost 3lbs. Is it possible that I have to eat over 3000 cals to not loose weight after using aas to get where im at? Is 3000 cals a lot?
