Low T... Question about running cycle

I am 29 and was having hell getting rid of belly fat and felt tired all of the time. I had a pretty clean diet and was mixing lifting heavy and cardio.... I went to the doc and found of my total test level was 240 and free was 5.2. I was shocked that it was that low. He is now giving me 200mg Prop test every 2 weeks. I feel better, but am hoping he will up it a bit... Would it be ok to run extra Test P or Test E along with this? I was thinking 200mg on the week in between. Nothing to serious, but didnt know if it would be ok or worth my time... Thanks ahead of time for any help.

You're really young to be on TRT. At 29 years old, you're quite eligible for a restart attempt. Did you ever find out the cause of low T? Any head or testicular trauma history? Any antipsychotic drug use?

    Few things to consider:

    - Find a new doctor. Propionate ester makes no sense when used every 2 weeks.
    - Ask a doctor to find the cause of your low T. You need lots of blood work. Could be Thyroid or Cortisol related, etc...
    - Don't bother cycling anything until you've got your TRT regimen dialed in, with several blood work follow-ups to verify stability with serum E2, testosterone, etc...
    - Go to the HRT section and read kelkel's " http://forums.steroid.com/hormone-re...physician.html " thread. (This is priority for you)

    Good luck.

No trauma or drug use ever..... I was pretty shocked... Thank you so much for the advice. I called a specialist that my insurance covers and am going to dig deeper into why it is so low. Thanks for taking the time to help me out.

Do what Austin said please. Find the root cause. Don't just settle for "your T is low" here's your testosterone. Many things cause Low T like Austin said. Figure it out and if your current doc won't help, move on. Plenty of time for TRT later in life.
