You need to calculate your TDEE ( do some research) this will allow you to know what to eat to maintain your weight , then you can eat at a surplus or deficit depending on what your doing .

So you lost a good couple of lbs and your still 'fat' ?! This is most likely because you don't have the muscle you thought you had under your fat some people call it ' skinny fat' .

Also you did a dirty bulk and got a lot of fat with it ... Well what do you expect . I never understand why people do this ( eat McDonald's 3 times a day when bulking) . Once you cut from your binge eating of junk food you may look good , but your arteries are probably covered in fat and your you'll have heart failure ( I'm obviously over exaggerating this won't happen from one dirty bulk )

But the point I'm making is you want to be healthy on the inside aswell !!

You are cutting too many calories too fast and your body is going into starvation mode.

You can only maintain this for so long until you give in at which time your body bounces back and you end up worse off than in the beginning.

You should find out your daily calorie maintenance and from that cut 300-500 calories per day only. You can adjust to cut more calories every week but it should be a little at a time as your body adjusts.
