    Do I have gyno?

    My chest looks ok but as gay as it sounds when my nipples are hard it makes a night and day difference on how my overall chest looks. Is this a sign of gyno? I am 6'2" about 220lbs and my body fat is between 16-18%.

    If I try to pinch for a lump under the nipple I get nothing. But if I flex then try to pinch I feel a little something.

    Gyno most of the time presents with some kind of irritation or sensitivity in the nipple area. Any soreness? Post a pic
