I usually do why my body is telling me. You know your body better than you think, so you can use intuition.

Sometimes I feel like I need to push myself through if I have a little cold, sometimes I feel like I should not eat so I don't, sometimes I feel like I should hydrate or rest so I do.

Typically with a common cold I'll just continue to fuel and up my vitamin C intake. If it's anything beyond that, like severe sore throat or ear infection or things like that I'll typically give my body a rest.

If on cycle however, regardless of whether it was a cold or flu, I've never discontinued aas doses.

And gear suppresses the immune system so it really should come as no surprise.

obviously, there is no cure for a cold. but we already know that.

I've picked up a lung infection here in Kabul. The bacterial strain is particularly resistant to antibiotics. Two days in a row, I've had massive AB infusions in my IV, along with the oral antibiotic (AB). The infection is gone, now I have asthma symptoms, including the dry, rattling cough that seems to persist.

Count yourself lucky you simply have a cold.

I work in a gym and am literally sick once a month. I work out 7 days per week, so that when I'm sick, I don't really miss any time.
