Skin infection after injection!!

Hi guys. I did 5 inject so far of sustanon 300, my inject#4 in my right shoulder still hurt but now its going red and the skin is verry tight ... Its burn like a sunburn? Should i consult or it will go off alone... The red part is not major but... Still burn. P.s i am very safe in each injection i even switch needle for taking product and injection!

How many days ago was the injection? Post a pic. Has the pain and redness spread beyond the point of injection? Are you running a fever?

The pain and redeness is not at the same spot injection its more down on the arm i dont run fever i feels great put its burn like a sunburn and the skin is really tight

4 day but redness start 2 day ago but today i really feel the burn...

I've had the same issue with a sustanon pin before. Mine went away about 3 days later. I'd give it 72 more hours and see a doc if it persists

If its just pain/soreness, your ok

If it is hot to the touch and you start getting fever symptoms get to a doctor asap, he'll more than likely dose you up on antibiotics
