I'll start there. ^ thanks LB

Any ideas on cutting corners? I was gonna try to find dumbbells in ten pound increments not the normal five, maybe there's a way to add a few pounds "externally" to lessen the jump? That type of thing...just curious who's done what to save cash!

Hmmm, I wonder if it'll be cheaper to get a few sets of plate loaded dumbbells instead of the pre set weight ones, obv for heavy db's they need to probably be set can't do functional stuff with 45's on a dumbbell bar lol

It's a good place to do curls, right? lol

Yup, squat rack doubles as a bench press area easily even with drop supports.

First, you need a rough idea of your company's budget and then make a list of the "must have" items. As mentioned above, CL is a good place.to look. Also, if you have a local second hand sports store, try them. I have picked up used Olympic plates for as little as .15/lb.
There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

Budget meeting tomoro....see, this is why I love crowd sourcing!! There's a few places that sell used sports gear, I buy pond hockey eq all the time, yet didn't think about getting workout stuff but I'm nearly positive they have it, thanks amg!!

The Good Will or Salvation army is another good place to find dumbbells and such sometimes.

I've been looking at the same, and have settled on a squat rack, adjustable bench (decline & incline - not sure they exist, though), bar and weights.

    The adjustable dumbbells too, probably.
