    n00b Diet Plan - Looking For Advice

    Hey guys,

    So I've been following a pretty aggressive bulk and have really struggled to gain weight. I started at 160lbs about two years, and am just hitting 190lbs (am 6"1). My body fat scale, which is wildly inaccurate, has shown that I've gone from 10%bf to 15%bf, much of which I hold in belly fat.

    Trying to get some kind of validation that my bulk eating plan is fit for purpose, or what tweaks I could make. My goal is to get to around 200lbs, and then do baby's first cut.

    All macros are taken myfitnesspal.com

    Breakfast Servings, Calories, Carbs, Fat, Protein
    Banana 2.0, 210.0, 53.8, 0.8, 1.8
    Almond Milk 3.0, 90.0, 6.0, 8.0, 3.0
    Protein 1.0, 140.0, 5.0, 2.0, 25.0
    Oats 1.5, 900.0, 162.0, 15.0, 30.0
    Peanut butter 2.0, 200.0, 6.0, 17.0, 7.0
    Grand total: 1540.0, 232.8, 42.8, 66.8

    Morning Tea
    Eggs 6.0, 468.0, 3.6, 31.8, 37.8
    Peas 0.5 cup, 52.0, 9.0, 0.0, 4.0
    Corn 0.5 cup, 72.0, 17.0, 1.0, 2.0
    Grand total: 592.0, 29.6, 32.8, 43.8

    Afternoon Tea
    Chilli* 491, 67.5, 9.8, 36.3

    Post Workout Shake
    2 servings, 280, 10, 4.0, 50.0

    And then whatever I eat for dinner. Tonight was salmon and brown rice. Last night was dead pig wrapped around dead chicken, plenty of veggies.

    Should be noted that I'm doing a split of ABCxABCxABCx etc. On my off day I will spend time (maybe 15 mins) doing some kind ab workout.
    *Chilli is homemade, and have the full ingredient list if anyone cares. I have carefully measured this once before, and don't vary the recipe now at all.
