Hello everyone,
I've been looking for a proper diet since mine is not working. I'm on a 40mg anavar cycle for 5w.
Hitting 30-30 HIIT cardio twice a week.
I've been doing the following diet:
breakfast oat and 3 eggs
launch: 1/4 kg breast chicken.
dinner: 200mg turkey
and ofc 2 snacks a day. (eggs mostly )
drinking 3L-4.5L water a day.
my calories intake a day is : 1600-1800.
my tdee is 2100.
my goal is to hit 12% I know its impossiable to lose 5% bf on Anavar only.
stats :
Age: 23
weight: 82Kg
Height: 182 cm
Bf% : 17-18%
and I train 6 days a week. I haven't seen any result I'm looking for a proper diet. Thank you.
