    better aas for keeping gains?

    Male, 25 years old, 155 lbs . 5'10

Hey guys, I've done three cycles now ( all d bol, test and deca) and while I've been looking great on the gear. . Every time I come off I lose all my gains within 2-3 months. I pct with clomid, nolva and hcg. I have a few bad habits I know l need to fix. I know I don't eat as much after coming off, but I'm working on that.

Anyways. Just wondering if there's better gear for Keeping gains. Should I use armidex?

Again... I know I need to correct a free habits that are losing me gains. This is a GEAR question

This isn't a gear question. It's a lifestyle/training/diet question. All gains are able to be kept provided you do what's required to keep them ie eat right, train right, etc.

Also HCG shouldn't be a part of your PCT. Have you ever done blood work to show if you've recovered or not?

Agreed with above! It's not the gears fault you can't hold on to gains after cycle it's yours, and your habits. You see it all the time in gyms, guy blows up you know he's on cycle, after 5 months cycle plus pct guy looks the same. Why is that? They stop training hard and eating right. Keep your diet exactly the same if not higher cals then it is on cycle. And train the same way as you're on cycle, keep the weights as heavy as possibly, some strength loss is expected but not much, and keep the intensity up at all times.

As others have said, this is a matter of diet, not gear. If you eat below your new TDEE when coming off a cycle you will lose your gains. I actually eat more during PCT than on cycle and then drop it back down to TDEE a couple weeks after PCT is finished. I would say I keep 90% of my gains.

That being said, dbol and deca can add a significant amount of water weight on cycle if you're diet isn't right and you don't use an AI - this weight will come off no matter what, but your true LBM gains will stay with a proper diet.

So in a nutshell, if you're not gonna fix your diet, you just need to give up and stop wasting your money.

What's your TDEE and how many calories above or below are you eating daily? If you don't know, the problem is food intake as everyone has stated. Gear will never compensate for under feeding.

You said it yourself bro " i dont eat as much after coming off" THATS IT!! Thats your aas.FOOD.During pct you need to eat AT LEAST 500-700 calories above tdee and tune it down at the gym for that time.Less reps less weight more food more rest.I usually tell guys to add shakes to their diet cause theyre great but in your case you need solid food.

When coming off a cycle eating correctly is just as important as continuing to workout hard. From my personal experience.
