Random question: So I am currently doing a push pull legs routine, 3 days on 1 day off, rinse repeat.
What are your thoughts on doing shoulder exercises like DB lateral and front raises and which day should they be in? Right now I am doing two sets of lateral raises on PUSH day, with my shoulder presses. I do shrugs with on the PULL day.
Do this seem right, or would you guys think the shoulder raises should be on pull day?
