    BF % please

    New member here I'm 38 and just trying to calculate my BF %

    Whats my body fat percentage ?? Any guesses ??

    Lost 50lbs in 6 months through diet alone and this is the result so far. Oh also added a tan ...

    Gonna start weight training pretty quick to build some size now lol
