What's up everyone!?
So recently I started my first cycle, a simple Test e only cycle, which my log can be found here for those interested: http://forums.steroid.com/members-cy...st-e-only.html
I'm about half way through my cycle and besides a few speed bumps, results have been great! I've put on a few pounds as well as some added muscle and at 237lbs, 6'0'', with a decent amount of definition, I feel as though I'm at a sufficient size for the time being. I finally feel as though I'm the right size to start a proper cut. I know test-e isn't really an ideal compound for cutting but seeing as it's anti catabolic I don't see why I couldn't perform a cut for the remainder of my cycle? Obviously a cycle with tren would have been more beneficial but wanted to keep it simple for the first cycle.
Now in the past I've performed many unsuccessful cuts. I usually end up halting my cut after a few weeks because I look at myself in the mirror and find myself getting too small, or my intensity and gains die down at the gym. Main reason being that I have no idea wtf I'm doing when I start reducing my calories. Or maybe it's a mental thing? I've generally always stuck with a 40/40/20 which has worked great for putting on lean mass, or maintaining. I've read the stickies and while most of them are helpful, none of them really seem to answer my questions.
So my question is whether anyone could come up with a week to week gameplan on what I should be cutting my macros down too on a weekly basis in terms of percents. I'm not looking to lose a crazy amount of weight, just 5 or 10 pounds so I can really see my abs again. I know everyone is different but I'd like to know what worked best for you? Low carbs and high protein? moderate carbs, moderate protein? All advice is appreciated. I'll post my current meal plan below so you can get an idea of what my diet looks like at the moment.
Sry if this post didn't make much sense, it's 2 in the morning here and I'm ready for bed. I'll reread it tomorrow to make sure I'm not crazy.
