The only thing Ive been able to do very well in training without any of these things is my vertical/agility which i increased 6 inches in 6 months a couple years ago because I had access to a personal trainer and extensive plyometric equipment and otherwise, but now, I don't have those same things, but I do have access to an extensive weight room, and stairs and jumprope are the main things i still use for agility. Just trying to find a shortcut lol but if good old fashioned hard work over an extended period of time is the only solution I guess Ill just have to suck it up. I will say though, when lifting with friends in the past, if we are on the same weight program, and do the same lifts for an extended period of time, their strength seems to increase quicker than mine. As for the last post, idk why I would lie but for the sake of the argument lets say 8% from now on, Ive had a slew of trainers who train professional athletes and multiple weight lifting coaches, so my form is very good, and as for nutrition, I need to eat a slightly healthier diet, but growing up my mom was huge on nutrition and while healthy foods are much more expensive for me now on my own and in a new state, I still make sure to get plenty of complex carbs and lean proteins along with my supplements.
