    Clen and Calories

This is probably answered somewhere, but having searched I haven't found a specific answer to this question, so apologies!

Anyway, I've read that if your maintenance calories are ~3000, cutting on Clen should be about ~2500. My question is, do you then still eat to replace your deficit from training, or should you have the larger deficit?

    Cheers!

A 500 calorie deficit in that situation sounds good to be and is what I do as my TDEE right now is close to that. Everyone has slightly different opinions on that. I have yet to read any studies that attempt to address roughly how Clen affects your calorie intake since it isn't approved for human consumption. But when cutting, calculating your TDEE to include your exercise, I still go about 3-500 calories under. Some do a lot more, most say an 800 calorie deficit is as low as you should go for extended periods of time to prevent significant muscle loss.

    Awesome, cheers for the reply!

Cutting on clen is no different than cutting without it. The calorie consumption of your training should be calculated into your TDEE.

    That sounds reasonable.
