glute injection lots of blood post

So I'm on my 2nd cycle and in week 4 with already 15lbs gained with test deca and dbol... a little water but its all good.... anyways I just did a gluten injection and right after the injection a lot lf blood started squirting out... anyways It looks like a murder scene in my bathroom now.... so two questions....

should I have anything to be concerned about?

And do you think that my test e and deca cocktail shot came out with the blood making it a wasted shot and should I do it again?

I've had it squirt out of my quads before and hit the wall.
I doubt if you lost hardly any gear.

Google the z-track injection method. Never bled much or lost any gear using the z-track method
