Another dumb question.. Sorry guys.

Had 2 wisdom teeth pulled 10 years ago and was told the remaining two had plenty of room to come in.

Within the last week and a half (2 months into injections) my remaining wisdom teeth are moving and killing me, darn near got lock jaw.

Is this most likely just a coincidence?
